"posterous"
I had this pennant tacked to my front porch all November and she wouldn't flutter a bit! Even thought I saw some passersby squint at it, not one altered their gait toward a march.
It's made of nice, warm felt though. I had it sewn to the inside of me jammies.

Cheaply made but what do you expect... It's funny and just as big as it appears.
The item lists a 2010 date so I'd say its timeliness has expired.

This pennant is really neat, and I'm really glad I bought it! It's still hanging in my room, and hasn't turned colors or anything (Like a few of my pennants have)
It's actually pretty soft looking when you see it up close, so that was pretty neat as well.
