By mr.hankey reviewer I got it for christmas for my brother. it says 18 and up but its just cause its basically a piece of poop. it comes with a sailor hat and a santa hat and he plays with it all the time. hes about 8 years old. he carries it around everywhere which is kind of creepy because basically hes attatched to a piece of crap
