Everyone knows it's Butters!! Jul 13, 2010
DISC 1: Butters' Very Own Episode, Professor Chaos, The Simpsons Already Did It, Raisins, You Got F'd In The A, AWESOM-O
DISC 2: Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset, Marjorine, Cartman Sucks, The Ungroundable, The Coon, Butters' Bottom Bitch, The Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs (which has never been on DVD before).
As a huge South Park fan, I've been waiting on another "character compilation" DVD to come along. After the Cult of Cartman, I figured next would either be Butters or Randy Marsh (I was hoping for Randy!!). This set was only announced on South Park's website a few days ago, the press release is below.

Oh hamburgers! A Butters box set! Widescreen and Uncensored! Sep 30, 2010
When it comes to characters in the show "South Park", Butters is hands down one of the best and funniest. This 2-disc collection highlights many of Butters' funniest and most adventurous moments.
The episodes are: BUTTERS' VERY OWN EPISODE, PROFESSOR CHAOS, THE SIMPSONS ALREADY DID IT, RAISINS, YOU GOT F'D IN THE A, AWESOM-0, STUPID SPOILED WHORE VIDEO PLAYSET, MARJORINE, CARTMAN SUCKS, THE UNGROUNDABLE, THE COON, BUTTERS' BOTTOM BITCH, and THE TALE OF SCROTIE McBOOGERBALLS (previously unavailable on DVD).
All of the episodes have been uncensored and remastered in widescreen, which makes the set worth buying even if you have a lot of these episodes already. In addition, the box set comes with fun extras like: A Butters pimp chain, a canceled check from Paris Hilton, an Inspector Butters badge, a "W.W.B.D." bracelet, and a lost chapter from the book written by Butters, "The Poop That Took a Pee".
A must have DVD collection for South Park fans, and a great way for the casual viewer to get to know one of the show's best characters. My only complaint - I wish the episode "Freak Strike" was included. But, I guess you can't pick every episode with Butters in it. Overall, a great purchase. 5 stars.

10 Solid Episodes, AND SOME SWAG! Sep 14, 2010
By Big Bad Bruiser
While this is great to have, it is missing 4 fantastic episodes.
Wheres Freak Strike? Wheres Casa Bonita? Wheres Good Times With Weapons? Wheres Return of the Fellowship of the Ring to the Two Towers?
I understand this is the BEST of Butters, not a complete following of his exploits, but if its the best of Butters, why is The Coon on here? Or Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs. Or, to some extent, Butters' Bottom Bitch?
With those 3 episodes exempt from this set and replaced by one of the 4 better episodes listed near top, this set would of been a solid representation of Butters.
Easy to ignore, though.
13 episodes on this set, only 3 (my opinion) not that great, the other 10 are fantastic Butters adventures. Theres some swag to go along with this set, which I am sure will please all South Park fans. The boxing of the set and the way its presented is certainly a must-own.
and, all 13 episodes presented in good quality. widescreen, 5.1 surround sound.
Overall, I know I will enjoy this set, despite it falling off near the end of disc 2. The nicnacs and packaging are definitely the main reason to pick this up, obviously. The 4 episodes I mentioned will most likely go unnoticed, until your done viewing. Then there may be a bit of feeling of incomplete, with the last 3 episodes on this set causing multiple face-palms, yet a couple chuckles lightly throughout. Despite the larger laughter that could of been if they would of included either Freak Strike or Return of the Fellowship.....

BUTTERS ROCKS! LOVE IT! JUST ONE PROBLEM... Oct 10, 2010
By D. FOXWORTH
Hi all. Of course Butters is the best. He is naive yet totally lovable. No matter what kind of crap Cartman or life in general throws at him, he is always a winner.
Others have expressed our universal love of Butters here much better than I can. I sure hope there is A Little Box Of Butters II. But of course someday there will be. My one problem is this...
Did anyone else notice that the sound mastering is not all that great? The music BLASTS but to hear the conversation I had to turn up the volume and turn it back down again for the music. I mean the music scared my cats! I am by no means hard of hearing! I haven't had volume problems with any of the other SP DVDs. But I think they could have done better with this.
However overall nothing beats Butters! "That's me!"

Watching Butters is better than going to Bennigan's Oct 09, 2010
By Haunted Flower
2 DVD Gift set with Extras, released September 28, 2010
"A Little Box of Butters" made me squee with delight when I opened the package and found this surprise! Butters is one of my favorite "South Park" characters, a very gullible youth whose innocence makes his situations of falling in love, becoming a pimp, being an evil super-villian, and having a robot best friend all the more funny and awesome.
The episodes included are "Butters' very own episode" follows Butters alone for the first time as he tries to get his parents together for their anniversary at Bennigan's but some secrets are revealed, "Professor Chaos" where Butters becomes an evil super villian, "The Simpsons already did it" is where Professor Chaos tries to enact evil schemes just to find out each has been done by the Simpsons already, "Raisins" where Butters gets a "girlfriend" who works at a Hooters-like restaurant, "You got F'd in the A" the take-off of "You Got Served" where Butters has to overcome a tragic tap-dancing accident to rejoin the group, "AWESOM-O" where Cartman dresses as a robot pretending to be Butters' best friend to get dirt on him, "Stupid spoiled whore playset" where Paris Hilton adopts Butters calling him Mr. Biggles and dressing him as a bear, "Marjorine" where Butters is forced to dress as a girl and spy on them while the boys fake his death freaking out his parents, "Cartman Sucks" where Butters is declared bi-curious and sent to a Christian conversion camp, "The Ungroundable" where Butters becomes one of the vamp kids and shops at Hot Topic, "The Coon" where Professor Chaos joins forces with The Coon to try and stop new superhero Mysterion, "Butters' bottom bitch" where Butters starts a very successful hugging and kissing business which leads other ladies of the night to join his crew, and "The tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs" where the boys wrote the most offensive book ever written that make people puke and convince Butters that he wrote it in his sleep. All very fun and fine examples of Butters being super awesome!
This set ALSO comes with the lost chapter of "The Poop that took a pee", a "What would Butters Do?" bracelet, a Pimpin' necklace that says "Butters Bitch", a wearable Inspector Butters Badge, the article of the South Park Tribune about Butters' tap dancing career and tragedy, and a check for 250 Million dollars to Mr. and Mrs. Stotch all in a lovely illustrated box that's simply adorable.
