Popularly known as the voice of "Gene Belcher" on the animated comedy "Bob's Burgers," Eugene was named America's #1 Noticer by Standup Magazine four years in a row (not true he made up that magazine). In his first one-hour Comedy Central special, Mirman tells stories, holds up pieces of paper, and gets people in the audience to pee on each other with a simple glance (this is the second and last lie). He doesn't care what it says here and is wiggle wiggle poddle wee wee lollipop. "Your mind g-spot will love Eugene's hour special!" Ronald Reagan, right before he died.

5Mirman, not Merman, plays a Theremin. And other Jokes  Feb 06, 2013 By Masseysmash
I just finished listening to this and Eugene, yet again, has made a great set of jokes. His comedy is off the wall, yet anybody can grasp It. If you don't buy this, you support Time Warner Cable.

5Great so far  Feb 05, 2013 By Calvin Albright
This album just came out 5 minutes ago so I haven't had time to listen to it fully, so far the opening applause was great. 5/5 would recommend.

5Laboratorious  Feb 07, 2013 By AndyTheG
I've been a fan of Eugene since I first saw his 1/2 hour comedy special. Since then it's been nothing but great stand up and great voice work on Bob's Burgers. I really enjoy this album because it strays away from the conventional stand-up set which has been someone on stage just talking out to the crowd the entire time. Eugene will share things from his past and creations as opposed to only telling jokes and it's a fresh approach to stand-up.

I once saw The Mer-man at Bumbershoot in Seattle and he was fantastic. Also I tried to think of funnier things to say because who knows, Eugene may read his reviews during his next set.

I'll keep an eye out for your facebook ads!

5This guy is hysterical  Oct 07, 2013 By Madasser "madasser"
If you have a little bit of geek in you, you will enjoy Eugene Mirman's albums. Probably not at all what your used to in a comedian. I guess he's what you would call an "alternative" comic. Meaning Eugene Mirman doesn't just stand up on a stage and tell an embellished humorous story or observation of the human condition. There is a little of that but its not the focus of his act. Nor is there anything wrong with that, its just not what he does. The albums are little short but IMO a must have if your a fan of stand-up.
Tangent: I don't know if its the download off of Amazon or a problem with how I burned them to cd but the volume varies wildly. One second you can hardly hear him speaking and the next your speakers are blowing out.

5fantastic buy for a Eugene Mirman fan  Apr 08, 2013 By MicahS
hysterical. i want him to date my sister.
the dvd and cd are basically identical, which i'm not really a fan of. i like special features and easter eggs.
audio/video quality are fine. it doesnt look or sound like it was recorded on an iphone.

totally worth the time and money. he is, however, not a mainstream comedian.
